By reading this Privacy Policy, you are informed about the way in which IBERGALIA collects, processes and protects the personal data that is provided to you through the website www.ibergalia.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as those related to your connection and navigation through the Website (hereinafter, “navigation”) and other data that may be provided in the future to IBERGALIA through the Service, Collaboration Contract, Buy Sell or any other enabled means.

In case of registration and / or access through a third party account, IBERGALIA may collect and access certain information from the corresponding User profile, only for internal administrative purposes and / or for the purposes indicated above.

In the event that third party data is provided, you state that you have their consent and agree to transfer to the interested party, the owner of said data, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting IBERGALIA from any liability in this sense. 7. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER’S DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
